Intellectual Dishonesty

Liberals are a sorry lot. Critical thinking is not their strong suit. Case in point or I should say, CASES in point. Gitmo, water-boarding and rendition. If you remember, the liberal media constantly vilified George W. Bush during his presidency. Screaming bloody murder. Howling to anyone who would listen. But as soon as they get a liberal democrat in office, their tone changes. Prime example: Anwar Awlaki

The killing of two Americans by a U.S. drone strike in Yemen has reignited a debate about whether targeting U.S. citizens — even terrorists — is legal under the rules of war or constitutes an extrajudicial execution that ignores their rights.

The Obama administration contends that U.S.-born radical cleric Anwar Awlaki was a legitimate target because he played an "operational" role in Al Qaeda, alleging that, among other plots, he directed a 2009 Christmas Day plan to blow up a Detroit-bound jetliner.

So other than a few civil objections from a couple of leading newspapers in the Media, where's the OUTRAGE? Bush was lambasted for using water-boarding. Castigated for using extraordinary rendition. Ripped for allowing Guantanamo to hold terrorists.

Obama defends an assassination of TWO American citizens, and a couple of liberals raise their hands and ask Professor Obama what was his intent? Please Mr. Obama, oh wise one- Yoda of the Western world, share with us the pros and cons.

An array of international law experts defended the legality of the airstrike, illustrating the conflicting interpretations of law in the fight against terrorism.

Really? But Guantanamo, rendition, water-boarding, taking out Saddam Hussein under Bush.....not okay. Look moon-bats, choose a side. Either hug a terrorist or don't. For God's sake- grow a pair and pick a team. STFU..it's either Team terrorism, or Team America.

P.S: Isn't Guantanamo still open? Why yes class, I believe it is.
